Who will live at PLUS: households earning 30–80% of the Area Median Income, in homes that will stay affordable for at least 50 years.
St. Petersburg is the first city in Florida to adopt the “Yes In God’s Backyard” approach, and PLUS is the first housing project on church land.
With our partners beside us, we broke ground on 86 affordable homes on church land. Construction began in August 2025.
