Who will live at PLUS: households earning 30–80% of the Area Median Income, in homes that will stay affordable for at least 50 years.
Every week, as we arrive at church, we watch the four-story building of Palm Lake Urban Sanctuary grow. Behind every window there will be a family, and we want to tell you who our new neighbors will be.
Who these homes are for
The 86 apartments are for households earning 30–80% of the Area Median Income: working people, young families, seniors on fixed incomes. According to St Pete Rising, 13 homes are set aside for households earning up to 30%, 14 up to 50%, 42 up to 60% and 17 up to 80%. The homes will stay affordable for at least 50 years.
Who makes it possible
We are building PLUS with Newstar Development and the Pinellas County Housing Authority, with support from the City of St. Petersburg. The building follows energy-efficiency standards and includes electric-vehicle charging, bicycle parking and native Florida landscaping. The rest of the land will have a walking trail and play areas for children.

Let’s welcome them together
Pray with us for every family who will come. We want to be good neighbors from the first day, and there is a place for you in that work: join us on a Sunday, worship in English at 11:00 AM and in Spanish at 2:00 PM, and ask how you can serve.
